REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Poshira, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products to you. As our products are food items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Replacements for Damaged Orders We offer replacements only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 4 days of the delivery date by emailing care@poshira.in with the following details:
- Order ID
- Registered email address and phone number
- Clear images of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Replacement requests raised after 4 days from the delivery date will not be entertained, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to assess each case and approve or decline replacement requests based on the information provided.
